Rubicon Environmental (2008) Inc. is multi-disciplinary Environmental Consulting firm offering Environmental Engineering Consulting services in the fields of site assessments (Phase I-IV), Record of Site Condition (RSC) submission, underground storage tank removals, site cleanups, water resource studies, air quality studies, designated substances surveys and environmental impact studies.  Founded by Paul D. Rew, P.Eng.. Mr. Rew is a licensed Professional Engineer of Ontario (PEO) (License #: 90240946) and is a Qualified Person to Conducted Site Assessments in Ontario (QPESA). Mr. Rew has over thirty years of experience consulting on, managing and executing engineering projects in Ontario, Canada, Columbia, Libya, and the Middle East.

Rubicon is a specialist in conducting Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments, Environmental Remediation, Contaminant plume delineation, and hydrogeological studies in accordance with Ontario Regulation 153/04. Rubicon also conducts between forty to sixty underground storage tank removal assessments per year, in accordance with the TSSA–fuels safety protocol. Rubicon has filed multiple Record of Site Condition’s with the Ministry of the Environment Conservation and Parks (MECP) since the environmental regulations were updated in 2011, and is a specialist in petroleum hydrocarbon contamination and assessment and litigation.   As a firm that is solely focused on Client-based Environmental Solutions, we provide professional analyses and opinions including risk-management with regards to financial commitment to a property. Rubicon currently has eleven multi-faceted staff who, as a team, provide professional service to each aspect of an environmental project.
